Ever wondered why supporting people in change processes is not easy? Neuroscience has been gaining increasing attention in recent years and is providing some real clues about why change is so difficult based on greater understanding of how our brains work.Recent advances in understanding how our brains work can improve how you lead change, manage staff or work with others. This understanding (referred to as Neuroleadership) is revolutionizing how leaders lead. Neuroleadership has important implications for how we: • support people making decisions • address problems • collaborate with and influence others • remain cool under pressure • facilitate change During this one day interactive workshop participants will be introduced to footage from recent international Neuroleadership summits featuring David Rock and Matthew Liebrerman and to models and ideas which improve how you give feedback, cut your meeting times in half and develop greater insight about how you can support sustainable change.
