After the great response to our last set of Pay Equity Workshops, QCOSS, in conjunction with the Australian Services Union will be holding a second series of workshops in March. The workshops will explore the way forward for organisations following the pay equity decision last year, and how we make our organisations and workforces sustainable into the future.
Some of the issues discussed will be:

The National Pay Equity Campaign and Federal Government funding of any national pay equity decision,
-
Solutions for now, focused on workforce, organisational and collaborative solutions to help organisations meet their responsibilities now.
The workshops will be a great opportunity to hear case studies and models that organisations have implemented around the state and further afield, and for organisations to share their stories on how they have made the decision work. This round of workshops will have a greater focus on real solutions and ways of working, and will be held in metropolitan and regional locations around the state.
