This event is ideal for self-employed workers who want to learn how to promote themselves and engage with their target audience in the emerging NDIS market.

What's it all about?

The roll out of the NDIS across Queensland has given consumers the choice of who to work with, and therefore created a new market for self-employed workers.

This is a value packed two-hour workshop for participants who want to learn how to promote themselves, become better at reaching the right people, provide great customer service, and find out which strategies they should (and shouldn't) be spending time on.

The workshop will explore traditional and popular forms of promotion by providing practical strategies that can be applied with basic to intermediate skills.

Learning outcomes:

By the end of the workshop, you will:

  • learn essential strategies for business promotion in the NDIS market

  • understand how to communicate your key messages to build engagement and trust
