Organisations affected by the re-drafted Pay Equity Regulations should have received a letter from the Fair Work Ombudsman this week including a fact sheet on available funding and a form which is due by 24 February. This information was also forwarded on to those organisations by QCOSS.

There has been strong support for an additional series of workshops across the state on the current Regulations and pay equity matters. I believe that workshops are critical to providing the sector with the greatest amount of support possible to deal with the complex industrial environment and funding issues that currently exist.
