As the shift to output based funding agreements occurs, QCOSS is offering free workshops around using our Unit Costing Tool (UCT). The workshops will be provided to service managers or administrators responsible for calculating the costs of funded service provision across the state.

As the shift to output based funding agreements occurs, QCOSS is offering free workshops for using our Unit Costing Tool (UCT). The workshops will be provided to service managers or administrators responsible for calculating the costs of funded service provision across the state.

For organisations to confidently and effectively negotiate their output based service agreements, they must understand the relationship between their organisation’s service delivery capacity and the full cost of delivering programs. The UCT is a strategic tool to enable organisations to better understand this dynamic. Organisations are therefore invited to nominate who will attend a workshop at a location and time suitable to you.

The training sessions will be approximately two hours in duration conducted in a room appropriate to the use of laptop or personal computers. You are encouraged to bring your own laptops.
