Vaccine mandates for the community services sector: a legal view2020-11-30T09:11:03+10:00
Registration is closed for this event
This webinar will explore the organisational impacts of implementing vaccination requirements for workers in the community services sector and its service users. While some parts of the sector have been mandated, other community services organisations are grappling with decisions about whether to impose their own mandates to protect vulnerable service users and workers.

In this webinar, we are pleased to have Christy Miller, Partner, Tim Gordon, Special Counsel and Nicola Skeggs, Lawyer, from Clayton Utz present on the legal and practical issues associated with developing and  implementing vaccination policies that will protect your staff and service users, comply with the law, respect staff and ensure organisations are human rights respecting.

A general resource document prepared by Clayton Utz will be published and shared before the webinar. Please note that this document will not constitute individual legal advice for organisations.
