This free one hour webinar will give a broad overview of consumer protection rules in the telco space, focusing on the TCP Code. We will explain how the TCP Code is developed, applied, and enforced.
We will run through key rules in the TCP Code, as well as how consumer advocates can use them to keep telcos accountable and deliver better outcomes for their clients.
There will be an opportunity for questions and answers at the end.
The webinar will be hosted by the Australian Consumer Action Network (ACCAN), Australia's peak communications consumer organisation representing individuals, small businesses and not-for-profit groups as consumers of communications products and services.
