Help shape a workforce well-being, attraction and retention framework and strategy for people working to address housing need and homelessness.

The session will co-design a workforce wellbeing framework in addition to identifying strategies to support workforce attraction and retention.

The session is suitable for sector leaders and front-line staff as well as people with lived experience of housing need and homelessness who may be interested in working in the housing and homelessness industry. The session will have opportunities for Brisbane-based services as well as stakeholders visiting from the regions for the AHURI National Housing Conference.
