COVID-19 and the Social Service workforce

Registration is closed for this event
The COVID-19 lockdown and resulting economic downturn has significantly impacted the social service workforce.

The sector is still feeling the effects of reduced volunteer numbers and a shift to working at home. At the same time, we must manage and mitigate the impacts of possible future lockdowns on a primarily in-person workforce.

This session will explore the lessons learnt and challenges ahead for both our paid and unpaid workforce. We will also examine the COVID-19 vaccination rollout.

Ask a question live, submit it to us via your event registration or email us at [email protected] by Wednesday, 7 April.

This event is part of COVID-19 Learning Exchange, which asks, in the context of COVID-19, what does it take to create a strong and sustainable service sector to respond to the needs of our community?
