I hereby give my permission to QCOSS, their employees, licensees and/or agents to use my photographic images, video recording, audio recording taken at this event for the purposes of promoting, publicising and advertising the work done by the QCOSS, reproducing and communicating to the images/recordings wholly or in part, in their publications, websites, and other publicity material, in any medium or format. By consenting to all your images to be used, you are acknowledging and agreeing that the images/recordings and their copyright will be owned by QCOSS and that the images may also be included in the QCOSS image library for use by QCOSS for future promotion. You waive any rights, claims or interest you may have to control or object to the use of the images/recordings and agree that any such use may be made without compensation or additional consideration given.

Please note, requests for AUSLAN interpreters must be received at least five business days prior to the event commencing. Whilst we will do everything possible to accommodate requests received later, we cannot guarantee that we can provide this service.
