Research and Evaluation Network: Using data to improve services
To improve services for vulnerable and at-risk populations, we need robust, useful data systems. QCOSS’ new Research and Evaluation workshop series examines how the community service sector can improve data systems through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
At our first meeting, join Communify Chief Information Officer, Ben Bollard to learn about Communify’s data systems, how they are used to collectively measure diverse program outcomes and the organisation’s challenges and future plans. The meeting is open to all, however social service staff with research and evaluation roles are particularly encouraged to attend.
QCOSS’ Research and Evaluation Network identifies shared challenges and emerging issues in the community services sector related to the collection and quality of useful data, and collaboratively looks at how we can use data to better understand, and improve service delivery to, vulnerable and at-risk populations.
