This program aims to help improve quality of life for those in the community living with disability or illness and support programs that focus on the prevention of diseases.
The objectives of the program are to:
– Improve health outcomes for the Australian community through public health initiatives.
– Encourage innovative approaches to increasing employment opportunities for individuals with disability.
Grants in excess of $100,000 are available. The Foundation is unlikely to fund 100% of a project cost. Applicants are required to provide additional propose providers of funding.
Applicants are advised to contact the program manager prior to submitting an expression of interest (EOI).
Eligible activities include innovative programs that enhance the lives of people with disability or chronic illness and/or promote the health of the community.
Large-scale multi-year projects are encouraged.
