About the Role
SANDBAG Community Centres and Services is a highly regarded not-for-profit organisation with offices in Sandgate and Bracken Ridge. We are seeking a high calibre manager and leader to provide entrepreneurial flair, operational efficiency and business analysis expertise for this well established and well respected organisation that delivers essential services to our community.
The purpose of the role is to support our CEO and Board during a time of change with policy shifts to the NDIS and an ever increasingly competitive environment. You will directly manage the revenue generating business units of SANDBAG, provide business analysis and preparation of operational plans for these units and explore other sustainable surplus generating opportunities that match our purpose and values.
At SANDBAG our programs and services work to break down barriers that exclude people from housing, healthcare, employment and meaningful connections. We assist and support individuals to access a safe space, resolve crisis, break social isolation, access health and community services, and build community.
