YAC is seeking an experienced and motivated person to join its diversity-friendly workplace and lead its Bail and Order Support Service (BOSS) for young people in the youth justice system located between the Sunshine and Gold Coasts, and also undertake a small amount of casework.
The successful applicant will have a team of five great staff who are equally committed to making a difference to the lives of some of our most vulnerable and disadvantaged young people.
The position needs excellent communication and engagement skills, not only in relation to working with young people, but also to provide positive leadership and support to staff and to negotiate successfully with a range of stakeholders.
