Role location: Slacks Creek
Role type: Permanent, full-time
Pay range: $72,592 to $74,460 a year based on experience, with salary sacrificing available
YFS is looking for two enthusiastic, experienced family practitioners who are keen to back young parents and their children to thrive.
They will join the Step by Step team of case managers, a group worker, a housing specialist and a counsellor.
To fill a gap in the Logan service system, the team’s focus is currently shifting to supporting young parents, which means adapting our service model and collaborating with other organisations.
If you are passionate and knowledgeable about backing young parents to thrive, and well-equipped with case management, coaching or support work experience working with vulnerable families, we would love to hear from you.
The job will involve responding to the specific needs of young parents through a new evidence informed service model.
Direct experience working with young people, particularly young parents, will be highly regarded.
