Full-time/part-time positions commencing in January 2023

 

ADA Australia is a state-wide, not-for-profit, independent, community-based advocacy and education service, supporting and improving the wellbeing of older people and people with disability. ADA Australia has 9 offices throughout Queensland, with its head office located in Brisbane Geebung.

ADA Australia is seeking applications for 2 Intake Advocates with either full-time or part-time options available.   These positions are classified as a SACS level 5.1 position under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010. These positions commence as soon as possible.

An Intake Advocate is the first stage contact clients have with ADA Australia through our state-wide telephone number. The purpose of the Intake Advocate position is to provide information and support to ADA Australia clients and to ensure that clients are sufficiently informed to empower them to make their own choices and have their rights and interests respected.
