We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Worker to contribute to leading case management within our Mobile Support program, providing vital support to those experiencing or at risk of homelessness. About the job
Role location: Slacks Creek.
Role type: Permanent, part-time position
Pay range: $106,730 a year based on experience, with salary packaging exempt from Fringe Benefits Tax available.
In this role you will:
- assess and respond proactively to the evolving needs of clients
- develop innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and drive better outcomes for clients
- recommend improvements to work practices and procedures in response to changing external requirements
- support the team’s growth in delivering high-quality case management services
- assist in staff management and foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture
About you

- bring knowledge and experience in case management within the homelessness and housing sectors
- understand the causes, impacts, and cultural dimensions of homelessness
- thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
- have excellent interpersonal skills and can effectively manage, develop, and support team members
- communicate confidently with a wide range of individuals both inside and outside the organisation
- are skilled in service planning and comfortable making recommendations to enhance service delivery.
