Job Description:
Provide analytical and technical service, on multi user systems, to internal clients on an as required basis.

Technical Skills:

Ø Possess demonstrable experience in some or all of the following: Ø Windows Server 2012 to 2016 Ø Windows 7 to Windows 10 Ø Active Directory Ø Microsoft Exchange and/or Exchange online Ø Microsoft 365 Ø Anti-virus Ø Office suite of products (eg Word, Excel)
Key Responsibilities: Ø Endpoint (over a range of operating systems) and peripheral troubleshooting and support Ø End-user Support Ø Onsite Deskside Support Ø Educates users in network administration ad usage if required Ø User network account management Ø Complete daily checklist Ø Level 1 administration of active directory and anti-virus Ø Performs endpoint patching Ø Follows standard operating procedures and published workflow procedures Ø Records all activities performed in a Help Desk System
