Prospect Community Services has recently hosted a QCOSS Pulse conversation for staff.  Leading up to our Movement for Change Conference the conversation invited staff at the Charters Towers service to think about what inspires them and what do they value in their community.  As well as being asked to think about what as individuals they could do to ensure the organisation remains community focused.  This is their story.

Like all the comments and feedback we receive though the QCOSS Pulse we will be feeding this into the Change for Action day at the Movement for Change conference in May.

If you are interested in hosting your own QCOSS Pulse let us know and we will give you a hand.
