People in Queensland who have been affected by Centrelink’s automated ‘RoboDebt’ recovery system are being called on to participate in a research project.

QCOSS is partnering with the University of Queensland for the project, which will investigate the impact that RoboDebt has on people from a wide range of background, including professionals. It will also examine their perceptions of automated decision-making.

The research students are looking to interview people who are 18 years or over and have received a debt notice from Centrelink. If you are interested in being part of this project, please contact [email protected] or phone 0403298880.
