Reconciliation Action Plan Consultation

Registration is closed for this event
QCOSS acknowledges the historical injustice of colonisation and dispossession on First Nations Peoples and its ongoing impact and legacies.

QCOSS commits to walk and work alongside First Nations Peoples in a shared journey to foster stronger partnerships and relationships, understanding, and recognition of histories, cultures and diversity achieving meaningful outcomes meeting identified needs.

QCOSS is currently drafting its third Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), an Innovate RAP. We implemented our first RAP in 2011 and our second RAP concluded in 2017. In the time since, QCOSS developed and launched a strategic plan committing to self-determination of First Nations people.

QCOSS has partnered with BlackCard to undertake an internal review of QCOSS cultural capability and to develop a Cultural Capability Framework.  The QCOSS RAP will support implementation of this framework.

QCOSS welcomes your engagement with an in-person consultation to review and test our draft RAP, to ensure that it is fit for purpose and to identify if there are any additional opportunities.
