This award will recognise the extraordinary contribution of a frontline worker in supporting or serving their community in Queensland. In choosing the finalists and winner, consideration will be given to the nominee’s achievements over the period March 2022 – March 2023. An individual need only be nominated once to be considered.

To be eligible for nomination, entrants must:

  • • Reside and/or operate in Queensland
  • • Be or work for an organisation operating in the community services sector in Queensland.

How has the nominee supported or served their community in Queensland?

The nominations will be assessed against the following criteria:

  • • How has the nominee supported or served their community in Queensland?
  • • Does the nominee’s work specifically relate to the community services sector?
  • • Does the entry provide specific examples of their contribution?
  • • What was the outcome of the nominee’s contribution?
  • • How effective was the outcome?
  • • Did the nominee overcome any obstacles to achieve their outcome?
During the application process, you will also be asked to submit a high resolution photo of the nominated individual or organisation (this may be a team photo, CEO headshot, or similar).
